Well done to all our year 11 food students on the fantastic work they have completed on immersion days.
The Food Prep and Nutrition students completed scientific investigations looking at enzymic browning or the impact of raising agents on baked products for their NEA1 (appologies no photos due to exam regs). Some interesting and unusual results.
The Hospitality and Catering students prepared and cooked two dishes with accompaniments in three hours with amazing results. This is the first time the student have been given such a task and they have risen to the challenge without a hitch. Photos show incredible skills in cooking, presentation and time management.
